Mr. Eshwar has long been known as the director of the first three star hotel of the city, the Blue Moon Hotel at Green Lands, which was launched in 1969.The Blue Moon Hotel had been the first to set standards for all other hospitality ventures in the region and had consistently won over the hearts of the crème de la crème in Hyderabadfor well over three decades.

The parent company of the group was originally founded by Mr. Gunda Ramalingam the father of Mr. Eshwar Gunda, who after having successfully established the business, handed over its reins to Mr. Eshwar, who went on to fortify and expand its growth. Sudhir Instruments the group's subsidiary company, during its very inception, has been the first to manufacture an insulin pump for diabetics which was a runaway success owing to its outstanding quality and functionality.
